Golf enjoys three courses and has the usual golfing
facilities. Whilst the Alhaurin Course rewards experience
in full measure, there are two other courses of the
highest quality designed for beginners, the young and
for slightly less demanding enjoyment.
The
main Alhaurin Course: 18 holes - par 72 - 6,806 yds
[5,857 m].
Designed
by Seve Ballesteros, the main course has an attractive
layout that adapts itselfperfectly to the surrounding
hillsides. It successfully combines the intricate with
the deceptive, making play a challenge for the skilled
player whilst providing a testing yet achievable round
of real golf for those less experienced.
The course’s main character is the considerable
variety of its fairways, which require the player to
concentrate fully on the game and the choice of iron
for each stroke. Each hole is totally different from
each other, making the round continually interesting
and challenging.
The Junior Course :: 18 holes
- par 3
A unique full course, designed especially for children
and novices and shares the fabulous mountain scenery.
The
Short Course :: 9 holes - par 3
Designed to exploit and enhance the location's natural
beauty.

Tuition
and Driving Range
Alhaurin Golf boasts a Golf Academy, chipping and putting
greens and a Driving Range 400m long by 100m wide.
The
Clubhouse
The clubhouse's high quality facilities offer changing
rooms, pro shop, and green fees office. For golfers
and visitors, there is a restaurant and bar, and terraces
with outstanding views across the greens to the glorious
mountains beyond.
